Anne Pauker-Kreitzberg

Since 1995, Anne has provided strategic management consulting services to organizations both large and small, including nonprofits.  Her work focuses on organizational and management effectiveness, making work simpler and more fulfilling for people. She has created and successfully introduced models for collaboration, performance management, workplace flexibility and change into client organizations.

Anne's interest in technology and how it can be used to improve the way organizations function began long before she met Charlie Kreitzberg, the co-founder of Alignment Advantage.  But it was her work with Charlie creating intranet tools for managing corporate strategies that made her acutely aware of the need for improved business-technology alignment.

Prior to forming the Pauker Consulting Group, Anne was a Corporate Vice President for Continental Insurance, at the time one of the country's largest property and casualty insurers. During her 15 years at Continental, Anne was recognized for her role in earning the company recognition as a "Best Place to Work" and accolades for its best practices in human resources. She led a number of key initiatives for the company and was an early pioneer in changing the role of HR to be a true business partner. Under Anne's leadership, Continental was one of the first companies in the United States to take a strategic approach to both workplace flexibility and diversity.

Anne is a frequent speaker at national and international professional conferences, and has lectured at both The Wharton School and Columbia University. She frequently contributes to business publications on addressing current and emerging management issues in the context of globalization, technology, competition, and rapid change in both the business environment and the way in which people work.

She holds a BA with Honors from the State University of New York at Binghamton and an MBA with Honors from the New York Institute of Technology.
