| Since 1995, Anne has provided strategic
management consulting services to organizations both large and small, including
nonprofits. Her work focuses on organizational and management effectiveness, making
work simpler and more fulfilling for people. She has created and successfully introduced
models for collaboration, performance management, workplace flexibility and change into
client organizations. Anne's interest in technology and how it can be used to improve
the way organizations function began long before she met Charlie Kreitzberg, the
co-founder of Alignment Advantage. But it was her work with Charlie creating
intranet tools for managing corporate strategies that made her acutely aware of the need
for improved business-technology alignment. |

Consulting Group, Anne was a Corporate Vice President for Continental Insurance, at the
time one of the country's largest property and casualty insurers. During her 15 years at
Continental, Anne was recognized for her role in earning the company recognition as a
"Best Place to Work" and accolades for its best practices in human resources.
She led a number of key initiatives for the company and was an early pioneer in changing
